Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 2, 2025, Grains and Grace LLC Faithfully Crafted. Gracefully Served.

1. Overview

At Grains and Grace LLC, we take pride in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to handle cancellations and refunds fairly and transparently.

2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
  • Full Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 15 days prior to the scheduled event.

  • Partial Refunds (up to 50%) may be issued for cancellations made 8–13 days before the event.

  • No Refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event, due to ingredient sourcing, staffing, and preparation costs.

3. Deposits
  • All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your event date.

  • Deposits may be transferable to a future event if rescheduled with sufficient notice.

4. Custom Orders & Perishable Items

Due to the nature of custom menus and perishable ingredients, refunds are not available once food preparation has begun. We encourage clients to confirm final details well in advance.

5. Rescheduling

We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability. A rescheduling fee may apply depending on notice and scope of changes.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of confirmation.

7. Exceptions

In cases of emergency or force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, medical emergencies), we will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include rescheduling or partial refund.
