2. Services Offered

Grains and Grace LLC provides catering services for private, corporate, and special events. All services are subject to availability and may be customized based on client needs.

3. Booking & Payment

  • A signed agreement and deposit are required to confirm bookings.

  • Final guest count and menu selections must be submitted no later than 30 days prior to the event.

  • Full payment is due 3 days prior to the event date.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and approved digital platforms.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 15 days prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

  • Grains and Grace LLC reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, with full refund provided.

5. Menu & Dietary Restrictions

  • Menus are crafted based on seasonal availability and client preferences.

  • Clients must inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of booking.

  • While we strive to accommodate all needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, branding, and logo—is the property of Grains and Grace LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Grains and Grace LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Bexar County.

9. Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
